Here To Help - Ayuda
Ayuda is a digital marketplace platform that connects experienced service providers to home and property owners looking to fix everyday home and office issues. The brand needed a creative and communication strategy that would not only increase awareness and usage among users, but also attract more service providers onto the platform.
Insight
People often struggle to find trusted and reliable handymen quickly and conveniently, while many skilled service providers also face challenges finding consistent work opportunities. Ayuda needed to position itself as the simple, reliable bridge between both audiences through relatable and educational communication.
Our Approach
For users: We developed a long-term content strategy centered around educational tips, DIY content, and simple home and office maintenance solutions. Through compelling visuals, relatable messaging, and clear CTAs, we communicated Ayuda’s value proposition in a simple and engaging way that encouraged downloads and signups.
For Service Providers: The communication focused on how Ayuda creates more work opportunities by helping handymen connect with more clients conveniently, grow their income, and work smarter through technology.
